Order process

  • 1 Custom your adult sex doll
  • 2 Place order: You can place an order without registration.
  • 3 Order confirmation: We would send a confirmation after you place the order. Please review the details.(Check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it.)
  • 4 Production Begins(within 24hrs since order placed)
  • 5 Doll is ready. (7-14days since order placed)
  • 6 Packing & Shipping (15-18days since order placed): You would receive a tracking number in 3 working days.
  • 7 Delivered (21-31days since order placed): Shipping time depends on your location.

Production

  • Once you have paid for your real sex doll, the production starts.
  • Your doll should be ready for shipping within 7-14 days.

Shipping

  • Delivery normally takes 1-2 weeks. (Actual time may be different depending on delivery location).
  • Due to holidays, festivals or force majeure, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
  • We will send you the tracking number after shipping.

  • Please note that some countries do not allow adult sex doll shipments. We couldn’t ship to Islamic countries and India.

Packing

  • Your privacy is very important to us. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging.
  • There is no specific indication or labeling on the box that reveals the contents inside.
  • Your doll will be labeled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).

Shipping partners

  • To make sure you can receive as soon as possible, we use FedEx, DHL or UPS.
  • All of these allow in-store pick up.

Modification

  • If you want to modify or upgrade the order. Please contact us capjack2020@gmail.com within 24hs after the order is placed.
  • No modification after 24hs.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation is possible in 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • The minute your payment is taken, the factory begins work on your doll. This means costs are incurred. So cancellation will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us: capjack2020@gmail.com with your: Order number, Email, Name in 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • After 24 hours, order cancelation is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return

Due to this product's nature, it’s custom-made and specially made for you. It is not possible for us to provide an exchange or returns as there are multiple concerns, such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the adult products industry.

Damaged Product:

  • We take product quality extremely seriously. Every order is thoroughly inspected, tested & photographed before delivery.
  • Cardboard boxes and even flight cases might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy.
  • If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages, you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier while they are delivering the box, as that probably happened during the shipment.
  • After that, please report to us with photos to capjack2020@gmail.com so we can also escalate it.
